1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Costell (“the Site”) and the purchase of digital wallpapers and screen assets sold by Konstantinos Tourvalis (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Product description

Costell sells premium digital wallpapers and screen visuals designed for mobile devices. All products are delivered as downloadable digital files. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order or continuing to use the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your organization. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Payment, billing and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, taxstack tax, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. License and use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded wallpapers on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the files available to third parties. All intellectual property rights in the wallpapers remain with Konstantinos Tourvalis.

6. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the Site or products, including but not limited to:

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringing intellectual property rights or distributing files without authorization.
• Attempting to interfere with the security or availability of the Site, including probing, scraping, or introducing malware.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to wallpapers, branding, logos, text, and design, is owned by Konstantinos Tourvalis and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the files except for personal use on your own devices.

8. Service level

We aim to keep the Site available and error-free, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Digital downloads are provided “as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and any purchased licenses without notice if you materially breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay amounts due, or create a security risk. Upon termination, you must cease all use of downloaded files except as permitted by law.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konstantinos Tourvalis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Konstantinos Tourvalis operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
